Office Layout

CaloAesthetics^® Plastic Surgery Center and Cosmetic Breast Center are located in the south wing of the Lime Kiln Lane complex. The interior layout follows a linear grid that is expected in a medical office; this layout also separates pathways in the patient reception, scheduling, and consultation spaces from the private surgery suites.

Surgical Suite

At this location, we offer plastic surgery patients the privacy and convenience of having their procedures performed in the comfortable and relaxed setting of our on-site operating suite. The surgical suite was designed by Dr. Calobrace to provide state-of-the-art surgical care in a comfortable, private environment. This office-based surgical facility has 2 operating rooms capable of supporting procedures requiring local, IV sedation, and general anesthesia. The center is equipped with the latest innovations in medical technology, and the staff is trained in the latest techniques. Private doorways are available for patient entry and exit.

Our plastic surgeons, Dr. M. Bradley Calobrace and Dr. Juan Quintero, are supported by board-certified anesthesiologists as well as a carefully selected group of registered nurses with extensive operative experience. The highly trained medical staff is sensitive to the individual needs of each of our patients and provides the personal touch that makes each procedure more comfortable.

Dr. Calobrace and Dr. Quintero perform most cosmetic surgery procedures within our center. In addition, they often perform combination procedures to maximize results.

CaloSpa^® Rejuvenation Center Louisville

CaloSpa^® Rejuvenation Center Louisville, our onsite medical spa, occupies the two-level north wing of our Louisville facility. Accessed from the main lobby, which includes a retail skincare product sales space, clients enter an environment of inviting curvilinear and elliptical shapes. Shaped for both aesthetic and practical reasons, the corridor and rooms convey the client’s entrance into a place of relaxation and comfort, while interrupting direct sight lines into treatment areas. This enhances a client’s sense of privacy and well-being. Treatment rooms on both floors are located along curving corridors, where each room has a sliding door reminiscent of a Shoji screen.

The daylight-filled elliptical atrium is the centerpiece of the CaloSpa^® wing. The atrium’s volume extends above the building’s roofline and descends into the terrace level below. A custom-designed water feature creates a flow of water droplets from the atrium’s domed clerestory to an oblong pool at the terrace level. For foot traffic between levels, a self-supporting, one-of-a-kind elliptical stairway wraps around the water feature. An elevator operates between floors as well.

From I-71 North

Follow I-71 South. Merge onto I-264 West, via Exit 5, on the left. Take the US-42 East exit (Exit 22) toward KY-22. Turn left onto Brownsboro Road (US 42-N). Turn right onto Brownsboro Road (KY-22). Turn left onto Lime Kiln Lane. The center is located on the right at 2341 Lime Kiln Ln.

From I-64 East
